In 2006 Wingham Wyatt were finalists again at the Essex Business Awards but this time in the category for Best Growing Business.

The judges commented that:

"The firm has excelled in its given field by concentrating on growing the value of the company rather than just the profit. They should be very proud of their achievements to date as they have demonstrated that over a short space of time they have successfully integrated a number of businesses and clients by wisely switching their focus to investment and pensions work aligned to a programme of investment in technology and all without affecting their established service reputation"

In 2004, Wingham Wyatt reached the finals of a business competition run by Business link. Entering the competition was one way of finding out if our business would measure up against successful companies from other industries. The testimonial from the regional DTI’s Deputy Head of Regional Relations certainly left us feeling proud but by no means complacent about our approach to business.

“Against very stiff competition, Wingham Wyatt won through to the finals of the Essex Business Awards. The Judges were impressed with the core values of the company and the degree to which they were committed to developing staff and delivering first class customer service.”

Paul Witcombe, Deputy Head of Business Relations, DTI
