detail, a commitment to ensuring we organise ourselves effectively and
treating our own people as important in their own right to make that
claim a reality.

Wingham Wyatt was therefore delighted to be accredited as an
“Investor In People”, a national standard which sets out
good practice for training and development of people to
achieve business goals. This was developed during 1990
by the National Training Task Force in partnership with
the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), Trades Union Congress (TUC)
and the Institute of Personnel and Development (IPD) and other bodies
and supported by the Employment Department.
